Automatic butter and dough presses are machines that press doughs and fats into blocks, ready to be rolled, thus reducing processing times.
Hydraulic machine, with one cylinder for pressing. Button for the cleaning of the basin. Control panel that allows adjustment of pressing time. Can store up to 9 different programs.

work cycle
1. insert product into the basin;
2. set the operating time (pressing);
3. close the cover;
4. the machine presses automatically;
5. automatic cover opening;
6. remove the block of dough formed.
