We are on Italian Style 2017, the special yearbook dedicated to the excellence of "Made in Italy".

Ristorazione Italiana Magazine celebrates the food of the beautiful country with this Special Issue: a yearbook in English distributed in 81 countries where there are the best and most reputable manufacturers of food and equipment, accompanied by the authoritative guide Michelin star chefs, presenting some of their great recipes.
Italy is the land of haute cuisine and quality ingredients; is a country of traditional recipes, handed down from generation to generation, and technological innovation applied to the culinary arts.

A.B. TECH EXPO 2017, Rimini

A.B. Tech Expo, Arte Bianca & Tecnologie, is the International Exhibition on Technologies and Products for Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery every year showcases the latest innovations in raw materials, technology and furnishings.

IBA 2015, Munich

The IBA 2015 numbers have been a real triumph.
The 2015 edition of the event dedicated to the world of bread baking, pasticcertia, the ice cream parlor and confectionery craft, ended with notable figures and an increase compared to the edition of 2012.
